Solutionary Rising
The problem isn't you. It's what was built around you.
Solutionary Rising teaches the generation that inherited the crisis to trace it upstream — and change what's actually causing it.
Not therapy. Not an app. A framework and a community.
Where do you start?
K–12 Schools
I'm an Educator
Bring a 5-session pilot module to your school. Students don't just name what they're feeling — they investigate the real causes and design one actual change.
Peer Circles
I'm 14–29
No bell schedule. No therapist. Just 6–10 people meeting weekly to name what's actually wrong and do something about it. In person. In Arkansas.
"Humanitarians relieve suffering. Solutionaries address the causes — so it doesn't persist."
The Solutionary Method
Four steps. Applied to your actual life.
Developed by Zoe Weil at the Institute for Humane Education. We apply it to the root causes of what Gen Z is experiencing — not the labels.
Identify
Name the real problem. Not the diagnosis — the actual conditions. Sleep deprivation. No unstructured time. Comparing yourself to 400 people before breakfast.
Investigate
Follow it upstream. Who profits from the scroll? What did COVID take that nobody replaced? Why are there no free, unsupervised places for teens to just exist?
Innovate
Design the fix for your own school or community. Phone-free lunch. A walking club. A peer listening circle. Your idea, not an adult's.
Implement
Run it. Pitch it. Evaluate what worked. This is where purpose replaces helplessness — and that's not a side effect. It's the intervention.
The scale of it
1 in 3
Gen Z adults report feeling too anxious to complete daily tasks.
57%
of teen girls reported persistent sadness or hopelessness in 2021 — up from 36% in 2011.
0
hours of unstructured, unsupervised social time most Gen Z kids get in a typical week.
