Peer Circles · Ages 14–29

No therapist. No agenda. Just people processing out loud - together.

6–10 Gen Z's - "Circling" up  weekly on a specific day and time for as little or long as feels good.  Six weeks. The circle space will be cozy, comfortable and private. We eat, let loose and sit back and chill. Our environment plays a big role in the regulating of our nervous systems.

What IS A CIRCLE?

It's not in a classroom setting. It is not a support group. It's not therapy. It's not a workshop where you listen to a speaker telling you what to do to "fix" yourself.  It's a structured process taken from the Solutionary framework. Together we will  apply it to your actual life, with a small group of people who are dealing with a lot and feel overwhelmed. This is a way to be heard and take achievable actions that feel good.

The relief isn't in the talking. It's in discovering that the problem isn't personal. The conditions were built. They can be changed. And doing something about it — even one small thing — is what actually moves the needle.

We keep it real, keep it comfortable, and keep the pressure off. When people feel safe — not controlled or managed, not analyzed, just heard — they tend to let their guard down. That's when the real work happens.

How It Works

ONE NIGHT FOR JUST Six weeks. CIRCLE UP

Week 1

Name It

What are you actually experiencing? Not the diagnosis — the conditions. Tired, foggy, flat, behind, disconnected. Just symptoms.

Week 2

Follow It Upstream

Trace one symptom to its possible causes - Sleep, scroll time, no free time, comparison, the COVID years, nowhere to go. FOMO, Fear of the unknown. This was built, not born.

Week 3

Who Else

Map who's affected and who benefits. Include the platforms. Talk to someone older and someone younger about the same problem.

Week 4

Design It

Each person proposes one change they could actually make — in their own life, workplace, or community. Name two unintended consequences and adjust.

Week 5

Run It

Do the thing. Report back. The circle holds you to it.

Week 6

Evaluate

What worked? What didn't? Does the circle continue? You decide together.

Two things worth saying plainly.

Don't call it mental health.

You've already been told to go to therapy and either did or couldn't afford it. 'Mental health group' reads as something is wrong with you. This is a group for figuring out why you feel like this and doing something about it. The relief is discovering the problem isn't personal. You are not a broken car that needs to be fixed. You are just needing a readjustment with outcomes you can feel.

You don't have to lead it.

The first circle is hosted and facilitated by Jennifer Ashmore — a Gen X mom, a Solutionary, and someone who has been researching the brain and the feelings that are happening to a large portion of  the Gen Z's before it had a name. You just have to show up - no agenda, no pressure. As we grow, a Gen Z co-lead/s will step in. But right now, the only requirement is that you come. You are worth it.

This generation doesn't need another app.
They need a SAFE SPACE, a voice to be heard NOT JUDGED                          THEY DO NOT need help or to be fixed - they aren't broken
SOLUTIONARY RISING CREATES solutions that are attainable                        one step at a time.
