Speaking & Workshops
Bring the conversation to your school, event, or organization.
Jennifer Ashmore, Solutionary, is available to speak on what today's young people are actually feeling — the overwhelm, the disconnection, the exhaustion — and the real solutions communities and institutions can create together.
This isn't a motivational talk.
It's a framework conversation. Jennifer doesn't come in with a script of affirmations. She comes in with data, upstream thinking, and a structured process for helping young people — and the adults around them — understand what's actually going on and what can actually change.
She founded Solutionary Rising after years of watching her son Miles's generation struggle with conditions that were built around them — not born in them. She has been studying this before it had a name. She knows how to hold a room of Gen Z young adults, and she knows how to talk to the adults who work with them.
Background
About Jennifer
B.S. Exercise Science — Mississippi State University
Jennifer Ashmore has spent over 35 years building relationships across every sector of her life — and turning that instinct into action. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Mississippi State University and spent the first decade of her career in holistic nutrition and natural foods, including roles as a Nutritional Counselor, Opening Store Specialist for Whole Foods markets across the country, and National Sales Manager at Ocean Spray.
She went on to spend nearly two decades as a licensed commercial real estate agent in Arkansas, and later founded Rental Made — a property management business she built from scratch, without a business plan or outside funding, managing 39 properties and representing investors across the country and internationally at her peak.
She is a single mother who has co-parented her Gen Z son Miles since he was two. That experience — watching his generation navigate a world that wasn't built for them — is what drove her to build Solutionary Rising. She brings 35 years of relationship-building, real-life storytelling, and a natural ability to connect across generations to every room she walks into.
Who This Is For
Jennifer speaks to a wide range of audiences.
Young Entrepreneur Events
Young entrepreneurs are already wired to identify problems and design solutions. The Solutionary framework gives that instinct a structure — and applies it to the overwhelm and disconnection they're living inside of.
K–12 Schools & Districts
For educators, counselors, and administrators who want to understand what's driving the overwhelm and disengagement in their buildings — and what a skills-based, solution-focused response looks like.
Colleges & Universities
Campus audiences get the full picture: the upstream causes, the Solutionary framework, and how peer circles give students agency instead of just a hotline number.
Community Organizations & Nonprofits
Organizations working with young adults need to understand what this generation is actually experiencing — and how to create spaces that move them from overwhelmed to engaged.
Employer & Workplace Wellness
Companies are losing young workers and don't know why. Jennifer helps leadership teams understand the Gen Z experience and what retention actually requires.
Conferences & Panels
Available for keynotes, panel discussions, and breakout sessions on what Gen Z is experiencing, the Solutionary framework, and community-based approaches to creating real change.
